In hindsight, perhaps we should have been more vigilant in screening candidates for their true racial identities and cultural backgrounds. Or perhaps we should have focused on finding someone who truly resonated with the spirit of Milfs Like It Black. Whatever the case may be, our experience with Lil'Regg has left us with valuable lessons about the importance of authenticity and integrity in both business and personal relationships.
